The Process
- Inspection & Assessment – SRS inspects the damage and develops a restoration plan utilizing the IICRC best practices. The Technician will also coordinate a direct billing agreement with your insurance provider once the claim is started.
- Water Removal/Extraction – SRS technicians will extract/remove any standing water to minimize structural and content damage.
- Stabilize the Environment – Air movers and Dehumidifiers are placed in the affected areas to control and reduce moisture levels in the structure and contents.
- Monitor – Technicians will monitor the drying process. Moisture detection equipment is used to monitor the moisture content in the structural materials to ensure proper drying.
- Repairs – Once the structure is dry and clean, flooring, walls and any other structural items can be repaired.
